Job summary

Anthropic is seeking an experienced operator to embed with the RL leadership, shaping priorities, routing decisions, and ensuring timely action across teams. You will report to the Manager of Research Operations and partner with RL leaders to keep initiatives moving and decisions well-communicated.

You will protect leadership time, surface bottlenecks, and craft materials for announcements and planning sessions. This role blends strategy with execution in a fast-moving research organization.

Responsibilities

• Own leadership's time by prioritizing the leaders' most timely decisions.
• Triage what reaches leadership and route or escalate as needed.
• Enable quick, informed decisions and track commitments to completion.
• Identify and surface resourcing bottlenecks and blockers before they block.
• Scale leadership voice with clear docs, announcements, and planning materials.
• Improve organizational processes to reduce recurring friction and improve efficiency.
• Offer candid, constructive counsel to leaders and teams.
