Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Technical Program Manager for the reinforcement learning team to own systems and programs that accelerate research. You will debug data pipelines, interpret RL transcripts, and allocate resources while coordinating across research, infra, product, and data operations to maintain velocity.

You will join a fast-growing team to drive trustworthy, scalable RL research and production readiness, with emphasis on collaboration, process improvement, and executive communication.

Qualifications

• Background in ML engineering or ML research with transition to program management.
• Experience leading execution plans and scalable processes.
• Strong ability to coordinate across research, infra, product and data ops.

Responsibilities

• Deliver regular assessments of RL research progress against baselines and incidents.
• Prioritize, rank, and track experiments with RL org leads.
• Drive end-to-end research reviews and set agendas with stakeholders.
• Establish processes that add structure without slowing researchers.
• Collaborate with research, infrastructure, and data teams to resolve blockers.
