You’ll turn complex, technical updates into actionable plans while ensuring commitments are tracked and priorities stay aligned with org goals. You’ll partner with RL researchers and org leaders, develop durable communications, and help scale the leadership voice across programs.

Qualifications

• Clear writing: turn dense material into summaries and plans for technical collaborators.
• Experience turning complex RL/engineering updates into actionable decisions.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with stakeholding leadership.
• Ability to operate with ambiguity and drive cross-team alignment.

Responsibilities

• Own leadership's time by shaping priorities, agendas, and meetings.
• Triage what reaches leadership and escalate appropriately.
• Enable quick, well-communicated decisions with clear follow-through.
• Identify resourcing gaps and bottlenecks before they block progress.
• Draft durable materials for announcements and planning sessions.
• Improve org efficiency by reducing recurring friction.
• Offer candid, thoughtful counsel to leaders.
