Job summary

MSIG USA is seeking a Risk Engineering Manager to lead a team of multiline and/or property field engineers across large accounts, ensuring high-quality reports and timely delivery.

You will collaborate with underwriting and management, develop service plans focusing on key loss sources, and manage subcontractors to secure qualified experts while promoting loss data systems for client risk management.

Qualifications

• BS degree required.
• 7–10 years of insurance and general industry loss prevention experience.
• 3–5 years of supervision or management experience.
• Experience with sprinkler plans and Life Safety Codes (NFPA 101).
• Experience assessing complex risks including chemical and automotive industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of multiline and/or property field engineers to ensure high-quality reports and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with management and underwriting; focus on risk improvement and service plans for large accounts.
• Manage subcontractors and secure qualified experts; ensure due dates and quality control of reports.
