Job summary

MSIG USA is seeking a seasoned Risk Engineering Manager to lead a team of multiline and property field engineers. You will oversee reporting quality, ensure timely production, and align field activities with underwriting goals across large accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree from a four year college or university is required.
• 7-10 years of insurance and general industry loss prevention experience is required.
• 3-5 years of previous supervision or management experience.
• Experience with sprinkler plan reviews, Life Safety Codes (NFPA 101), NFPA 13 and Factory Mutual guidelines.
• Strong experience in assessing complex risks including chemical and automotive industry along with large industrial or warehousing operations.

Responsibilities

• Manages a staff of field engineers to meet quality and turnaround goals.
• Completes visits with engineers for quality control and skill development.
• Collaborates with management to ensure success of the team and company.
• Establishes service plans focused on key loss sources for large accounts.
• Manages subcontractors and ensures due dates and report quality for Underwriting and clients.
