REVAU is seeking a Risk Management Manager to lead risk and claims support, guide team members, and help manage risk profiles for insureds. You will collaborate with Underwriting, Claims, agents, insureds, and carriers to evaluate concerns and implement risk‑management actions.

This role blends hands-on analysis with team leadership. You will make significant decisions within your delegated authority, provide training and feedback, and identify risk trends to drive mitigation and process

Qualifikationen

• Experience in commercial insurance, transportation, risk management, claims, underwriting, or a related field.
• Strong judgment and ability to manage confidential information.
• Proven leadership or supervisory ability with cross-functional collaboration.

• Monitor insured risk performance, claims activity, and loss trends within policy terms.
• Evaluate exposure changes and implement appropriate responses within authority.
• Prepare risk summaries and reports to support underwriting decisions.
• Lead Risk/Claims Support team, provide training and performance feedback.
• Identify trends and implement risk-mitigation strategies and process improvements.
