Job summary

Millennium Physician Group is seeking a Risk Adjustment Supervisor to lead the Risk Adjustment Coding Specialist team, ensuring accurate CMS data validation and compliance with guidelines. You will oversee audits, provide coaching, and participate in staff training and workflow improvements.

Responsibilities include interviewing and onboarding staff, delivering education, and developing new processes to optimize accuracy and efficiency in risk adjustment coding across the organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; additional credentials preferred.
• Active coding credential through AAPC or AHIMA required; CRC preferred.
• Minimum 2 years coding experience related to HCC coding.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Risk Adjustment Coding Specialist team and monitor quality and productivity.
• Assist in hiring, onboarding, and staff recognition/discipline as needed.
• Act as a preceptor and provide ongoing training for staff development.
