The role involves supporting production coding, managing workloads, and contributing to RADV audits and process improvements. Strong attention to detail and certified coding expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly in English (verbal and written).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in coding tasks.
• Experience with CMS HCC risk adjustment coding and documentation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and audit the coding team to ensure productivity and accuracy in CMS HCC coding.
• Develop, update, and maintain Prominence’s coding policies; lead policy education and training.
• Support production coding, assign work queues, and guide staff through improvements; participate in RADV audits and vendor relationships.
