Job summary

Ashton North LLC is seeking a Rigging Foreman in Manassas, VA to lead rigging and material handling for a hyperscale data center project. The role is on-site, contract-based, with hours aligned to five 10-hour shifts per week and overtime paid at 1.5x beyond 40 hours.

Start is late November 2026, project through May 2027. Requires NCCCO Rigger II, Signalperson or equivalent, OSHA 30 Construction, and experience with lifts, forklifts and telehandlers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years in rigging/material handling.
• Leading a rigging crew for 2+ years.
• Experience with complex lifts, forklifts and telehandlers.
• NCCCO Rigger Level II and Signalperson or equivalent; powered industrial truck certification and OSHA 30 Construction.

Responsibilities

• Direct riggers and equipment operators through unloading, staging and module setting.
• Prepare lift plans, coordinate crane work, and establish travel paths, load limits and exclusion zones.
• Lead pre-lift reviews and safe execution with the installation crews.
