Job summary

Ashton North LLC in Manassas, Virginia, seeks a QA/QC Manager to own the quality program for prefabricated containment installation at a hyperscale data center. This is an on-site contract role.

You will build and execute the inspection and test plan, verify installation instructions and torque records, supervise the QC Inspector, resolve nonconformances, and assemble turnover packages. Expected start November 2026; five 10-hour shifts weekly; overtime at 1.5x; benefits eligible.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in construction QA/QC with inspection and test plan development.
• Working knowledge of drawings, anchors and bolted connections.
• OSHA 30 Construction; data center experience and ASQ credentials are valued.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute the inspection and test plan, including hold and witness points for anchors, frames, module connections and finish work.
• Verify installation instructions, calibrated torque records and special inspections where required.
• Direct the QC Inspector, resolve nonconformances and assemble acceptance records and turnover packages.
