Job summary

Ashton North LLC is seeking a Site Safety Manager in Manassas, VA to run the site safety program on a fast-moving data center construction project. The role requires 5+ years in construction safety, OSHA 30, incident investigation and experience within a general contractor safety framework.

You will lead the Safety Technician and provide shift coverage with stop-work authority. Assignment is on site, contract through May 2027 with five 10-hour shifts per week.

Qualifications

• Five or more years in construction safety required.
• Experience on large commercial/industrial projects.
• OSHA 30 Construction and safety certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the site safety plan, orientations, training records and crew pre-task controls.
• Lead field audits, incident response and corrective action across safety areas.
• Direct the Safety Technician and provide shift coverage with stop-work authority.
