Ashton North LLC is seeking a Rigging Foreman in Manassas, VA to lead rigging and material handling for a hyperscale data center project. The role is on-site, contract-based, with hours aligned to five 10-hour shifts per week and overtime paid at 1.5x beyond 40 hours.
Start is late November 2026, project through May 2027. Requires NCCCO Rigger II, Signalperson or equivalent, OSHA 30 Construction, and experience with lifts, forklifts and telehandlers.

Plan and lead the receiving, movement and setting of large prefabricated assemblies for a hyperscale data center installation.
Expected start: Late November 2026. Project installation is scheduled through May 2027; actual assignment length depends on the project schedule. Expected schedule: five 10-hour shifts per week (50 hours), with 40 regular hours and 10 overtime hours. Overtime beyond 40 hours in a workweek is paid at 1.5 times the base hourly rate.
