Job summary
Saint-Gobain Aerospace in Ravenna, OH is seeking a Lead RF & Test Engineer to lead RF design, development, and qualification activities for radome solutions. You will interface with customers, engineering teams, and testing partners to deliver high-performance, certifiable RF systems while influencing tech roadmaps and industry leadership.
The role requires a Masters in Electrical Engineering and 7+ years in RF design with strong experience in simulations (HFSS) and composite radomes; hybrid
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
- 7+ years of RF/antenna design and development experience with strong simulation, composites, and customer interaction.
Responsibilities
- Lead RF design, development, and performance analysis of new radome products using modeling and simulation to meet specifications and standards.
- Provide RF design and performance data to support cost estimates and technical solutions for proposals.
- Develop RF test plans and testing architecture to validate radome performance across sites and external laboratories.
