Job summary

The role requires a TS/SCI with CI Poly clearance, US citizenship, and the ability to work within a high-security environment. A strong background in RF fundamentals and system integration is essential.

Qualifications

• The candidate likely holds a STEM degree with 10+ years of engineering experience in RF or related fields.
• Experience with RF fundamentals, signal chains, and fault diagnosis using engineering data and tests.
• Ability to develop and deliver technical presentations to leadership and teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical authority for RF system performance and coordinate with operators and engineers.
• Provide day-to-day engineering support for RF collection systems and subsystems.
• Monitor RF system health, performance, availability, and readiness.
• Troubleshoot RF signal-chain, antenna, receiver, timing, and power issues; coordinate resolutions.
• Develop and execute system-level tests after configuration changes.
• Maintain system documentation and baselines; support root-cause analyses.
