Job summary

The Boeing Company in Berkeley, MO, is seeking a Tactical RF Sensors Subsystem Lead Engineer to oversee sensor subsystem development for a high-visibility Air Dominance program. You will coordinate an engineering team and drive MBSE-enabled designs in a fast-paced, agile environment.

This role requires strong technical leadership in RF sensor systems, experience with requirements traceability, and collaboration with customers and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related field.
• 9+ years of related work experience with degree or equivalent.
• Experience with tactical RF sensors (radar, comms, electronic warfare) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activity of an engineering team using agile toolsets.
• Provide technical leadership and drive excellence for subsystem work.
• Approve technical approaches and engineering of the subsystem.
• Work with customers to develop complex electrical system requirements.
• Translate requirements into system, hardware, and software designs.
• Test and validate RF systems to meet requirements.
• Manage supplier performance for system integration.
• Solve problems across the product lifecycle.
