Job summary

The Boeing Company in Huntington Beach, CA seeks a Lead Electrophysics Engineer (Level 5) to own RF payload products, oversee radar performance and system integration, and collaborate with SEIT teams across programs.

Candidates should have 9+ years of experience, a TS/SCI clearance, a BS in engineering, and proven leadership of hardware and processing algorithm development. Relocation assistance and travel may be available.

Qualifications

  • BS in Engineering or related field; US-equivalent acceptable.
  • 9+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination.
  • 5+ years of radar theory/design or SIGINT tech.

Responsibilities

  • Provide expertise over radar activities, performance, trade studies.
  • Oversee radar signal processing technique implementation.
  • Integrate Radar Warning Receivers into systems and liaise with subsystem teams.
  • Develop concepts of operations for RF products and payloads.
  • Perform mission design and payload effectiveness analyses.
  • Lead technical teams and subcontractors in hardware and algorithms.
  • Support systems in testing and operation, addressing anomalies.
  • Develop and execute capability roadmaps for assigned products.
