Technical-Link N. America seeks a Lead RF Engineer to steer RF system design, development, integration, and testing across platforms. You will lead cross-disciplinary teams, develop reliable RF capabilities, and drive complex initiatives from concept to deployment.

The role demands deep RF expertise, hands-on development experience, and the ability to guide projects in demanding environments while coordinating with software, hardware, and product teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on RF engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of RF and microwave principles.
• Experience with RF test equipment (spectrum analyzers, generators, network analyzers, oscilloscopes).
• Experience with RF system characterization and performance analysis.
• Experience with SDR and DSP concepts.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and craft practical solutions.
• Proven track record leading technical projects or initiatives.
• Strong technical documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, development, and integration of RF systems and subsystems.
• Develop and evaluate RF architectures, antennas, receivers, transmitters, and related hardware.
• Lead RF system integration, verification, and validation activities.
• Design and execute lab and field tests to evaluate RF performance.
• Analyze RF signals, interference, propagation, and environmental effects.
• Support SDR platforms and RF signal processing capabilities.
• Define requirements, specs, test plans, and engineering documentation.
• Mentor team members and provide engineering guidance.
• Engage in discussions with customers and contribute to proposals.
