Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Lead Systems Engineer – RF Systems to plan and lead systems engineering activities for complex mission capabilities in the U.S. The role requires translating CONOPS into defined requirements and providing technical leadership across design, integration, verification, and lifecycle activities.

The candidate will work with government stakeholders, developers, and senior leaders to resolve issues, manage interfaces, and ensure lifecycle alignment.

Qualifications

• Clearance TS/SCI with Polygraph required.
• Minimum of twenty years of experience in similar scope programs.
• Master’s degree in a related discipline is required.

Responsibilities

• Translate user needs, CONOPS, and high-level architectures into system requirements.
• Lead design, integration, verification, implementation, and lifecycle engineering activities.
• Collaborate with Government stakeholders and engineers to resolve technical issues.
• Define interfaces and ensure requirements traceability across teams.
• Develop system architecture documents and design solutions.
