Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field and 4+ years RF and electromagnetic design experience.
• Experience with EM simulation techniques and RF passive components is preferred.
• Proficiency with Cadence and Keysight ADS for circuit/layout tasks.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop RF passive components for next-gen RFICs in CMOS/SOI technologies.
• Collaborate with circuit designers to optimize component sizes and performance.
• Deliver components with compact models and DRC-clean layouts.
• Perform isolation analysis to reduce on-chip and package coupling.
