Job summary

TeleWorld Solutions Inc. is seeking an RF Engineer III to lead advanced RF design and optimization across nationwide LTE and 5G deployments. You will guide spectrum planning, capacity planning, and performance optimization, while mentoring junior engineers and collaborating with RAN teams.

The role emphasizes technical leadership, propagation modeling, and interference analysis to ensure optimal network performance and reliability across complex wireless networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
• 5–8 years of RF engineering experience.
• Strong experience with RF design, propagation modeling, and network optimization.
• Experience with LTE and 5G NR performance engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead RF design, capacity planning, and performance optimization for wireless networks.
• Conduct advanced propagation modeling and interference analysis.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve coverage, throughput, and network reliability.
• Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis of network performance issues.
• Evaluate new technologies such as Massive MIMO, beamforming, and advanced antenna systems.
• Collaborate with RAN engineering, transport, and field deployment teams.
• Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior RF engineers.
• Support spectrum planning and advanced network performance analysis.
