Job summary

Acrisure, a global fintech leader, is seeking a Lead Quantitative Analyst to join the Revenue Intelligence team. The role sits at the intersection of financial analysis and quantitative modeling, delivering transparent, driver-based models that feed strategic decisions.

Reporting to the Head of Revenue & Commission Insights, this is a senior individual contributor role with emphasis on interpretable models.

Qualifications

Deep expertise in econometric and statistical modeling methods, including time-series, regression, and causal inference.
Strong financial acumen; connect operational and economic drivers to financial results.
Comfort with AI-assisted development tools, including Claude Code.
Excellent communication to translate quantitative findings for non-technical audiences.
Ability to manage multiple modeling workstreams independently and deliver high-quality work.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain time-series forecasting models for GAAP revenue with economic drivers.
Develop econometric models to quantify drivers across segments and channels.
Design scenario tools for real-time revenue forecasting under varying assumptions.
Connect policy/transaction data to GAAP results to link operational metrics with revenue.
Analyze growth and retention by line, segment, and geography for actionable insights.
Create analytics frameworks for advisor productivity and revenue growth opportunities.
Build Power BI dashboards to translate model outputs for senior leadership.
