Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience at Lead Supervisor level managing competitive retail space.

Responsibilities

• Maintains leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Leads implementation of company initiatives and supports store operations.
• Monitors sales data, identifies trends, and recommends actions to improve store performance.
• Participates in recruiting, interviewing, and training as needed.
• Fosters an inclusive culture and ensures compliance with company policies.
