Job summary

BluFox Mobile seeks an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our Xfinity partner store in Illinois. You will coach a sales team, drive store performance, manage daily operations, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience while achieving revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Retail Store Manager, Sales Manager, or Wireless Retail Manager
• Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills
• Proven ability to drive sales growth and achieve performance goals
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Lift up to 25lbs

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing retail sales team
• Recruit, interview, onboard, and train new employees
• Foster a positive, customer-focused, and sales-driven culture
• Conduct performance reviews, coaching sessions, and development planning
• Drive store revenue and exceed sales goals
• Monitor KPIs including sales performance, customer satisfaction, and productivity
• Identify opportunities to increase customer acquisition and retention
• Implement sales strategies that support company growth objectives
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a best-in-class customer experience
• Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally
• Build strong relationships with customers and the local community
• Ensure team members maintain expert knowledge of Comcast Xfinity products and services
