Blufox Mobile is seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead a dynamic sales team at our Chicago location. You will coach staff, drive revenue, and ensure exceptional customer experiences while managing store operations and inventory.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership, coaching, and employee development abilities.
• Strong track record of driving sales growth and hitting targets.

• Ability to work flexible schedules (evenings, weekends, holidays).
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Fluent in English; Spanish preferred.
