Job summary

The North Face is seeking a Sales Lead to support store leadership, foster an authentic brand voice, and drive customer engagement and sales results. You will coach associates, monitor progress toward targets, and help create an inclusive store environment that celebrates individuality.

The role emphasizes coaching, strong communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced retail setting. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, with opportunities for personal growth

Qualifications

• 1 year of related professional retail experience is preferred but not required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred; but hands-on experience and achievements valued.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions.
• Assist in maximizing store sales and goals by monitoring sales progress against targets.
• Foster a consumer-centric store environment and model selling behaviors.
• Provide direct feedback, coaching and supervision of associates.
• Occasionally cover store when manager is absent.
• Interact with customers to provide a high level of service.
• Provide actionable feedback to staff and adhere to company policies.
