Job summary

The position requires 2+ years in retail with at least 1 year in retail management, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail experience in a specialized environment.
• At least one year of retail management experience.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to train staff and develop their skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieves high levels of performance and sales results.
• Assists store manager in training and managing employees to maximize sales.
• Assigns tasks and schedules hours following payroll matrix.
• Oversees visual presentation, displays, and merchandise preparation.
• Coordinates restocking and flow from warehouse to floor.
• Ensures staff compliance with company policies and standards.
• Performs other tasks as assigned by store manager.
