Dollar General in Duncan, OK is seeking a Lead Sales Associate to help maintain a clean, organized store with a customer-first focus. You will assist customers, operate a cash register, stock and display merchandise, and support store leadership in their absence.

The role requires high school diploma (or equivalent) and at least six months of supervisory or related experience. This is a full-time on-site position with opportunities to lead and advance within the store.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent and six months of supervisory experience (or related experience/training) preferred.
• Ability to read and follow planogram and merchandise presentation guides.
• Ability to perform cash register functions and basic math calculations.
• Understand safety policies and participate in store security practices.

Responsabilidades

• Provide superior customer service leadership and greet customers.
• Operate cash register, scan items, collect payment, and bag merchandise.
• Stock, restock, rotate merchandise, and set up displays per planograms.
• Clean the store, take out trash, and maintain a neat shopping environment.
• Open/close the store as directed by the Store Manager.
• Perform duties in absence of Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
