Job summary

The Exchange in Dallas, TX is seeking a lead analyst to develop expertise and manage corporate retail programs and projects. You will extract data and direct or create analyses, serving as the main point of contact to vendors, stores, and HQ personnel.

Qualified candidates have extensive experience in retail operations/management, inventory and procurement, and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with SQL, RMS, and data tools is a plus.

Qualifications

Five years of experience in retail operations/management, inventory management, procurement and/or developing business policies, programs and strategies.
Or
Bachelor's degree and three years of experience in retail operations/management, inventory management, procurement and/or developing business policies, programs and strategies.
Specific experience or skills may be required by the hiring manager depending on area where position is assigned.

Responsibilities

Cooperates and coordinates with the other departments and contractors in the preparation of the analysis, research, design, development, conversion and implementation of programs, projects and/or systems.
Develops business policies.
Analyzes business conditions.
Performs other duties as assigned
