Job summary

Signet Jewelers Limited is seeking a Senior Designer to lead the design, development, and execution of innovative retail environments across multiple banners. You will manage projects from concept through implementation, partnering with leadership, architects, and vendors to ensure exceptional execution.

The role focuses on store design, fixture programs, and prototype evolution, applying strong design thinking to enhance the customer journey and brand standards across Signet's portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Environmental Design, or related field.
• Ability to present concepts in 2D and 3D.
• 5–7 years of retail design experience with complex projects.
• Strong store design, fixture development, and prototype evolution experience.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering software.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of new store concepts, fixtures, and remodels.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Marketing, Innovation, and Brand teams.
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, vendors, and contractors.
• Ensure ADA compliance, codes, and brand standards.
• Mentor junior designers and develop design standards.
