Signet Jewelers Limited is seeking a Director of Visual Merchandising & Store Experience to lead the in-store creative strategy for our portfolio of brands. You will shape store environments, signage, and product storytelling across multiple formats and markets.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Merchandising, and Store Operations to ensure cohesive brand execution, scalable programs, and impactful customer journeys.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Design, or related field.
• 10+ years in Visual Merchandising at corporate level; 2+ years in senior management.
• Experience designing customer journey flows and wayfinding in retail environments.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator; familiarity with retail tech platforms.

Responsabilités

• Define and lead the overarching creative visual strategy for product displays, windows, comms, signage, and planograms consistent with brand identity.
• Collaborate with Buying and Merchandising to fit new products into display formats and update as needed.
• Develop design principles and signage systems in partnership with Marketing.
• Create and maintain visual merchandising guidelines and styling direction across stores.
• Lead scalable store experiences including fixtures, decor, windows, music, and signage.
• Elevate visual storytelling across product destinations and campaigns.
• Design and implement intuitive promotional strategy guiding awareness to conversion.
• Develop collateral and rollout systems for tentpole campaigns across formats.
• Partner with Marketing and Merchandising for seasonal visual initiatives.
