Dollar General Corporation is seeking a Lead Sales Associate to maintain a clean, customer-focused store. You will assist customers, operate the cash register, stock merchandise, and support the Store Manager in daily operations to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with planograms and merchandise presentation.
• Ability to handle cash and operate a POS system.

Responsabilités

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet and assist customers.
• Operate cash register and scanner to total purchases, collect payment, and bag merchandise.
• Stock merchandise, rotate shelves, and build merchandise displays.
• Clean the store, take out trash, and maintain restroom and stockroom.
• Assist in implementation and maintenance of planograms.
• Open and close the store under direction of the Store Manager.
• Perform additional duties in the absence of Store Manager/Asst Manager.
