Curaleaf is seeking a Retail Store Associate in Sun Valley, NV, to be the face of our brand and guide customers through our cannabis products with top-tier service.

You will help maintain a welcoming, informative atmosphere, upsell products, and ensure a great guest experience across a fast-paced retail environment. Requires strong communication and teamwork, with flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months of experience in a customer-facing or sales role.
• 6 months experience using POS systems and handling cash.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in a warm, professional manner to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Build strong connections with customers, ask thoughtful questions, and offer personalized product advice.
• Address concerns with professionalism and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Encourage loyalty by signing guests up for rewards programs.
• Work closely with your team to ensure a respectful, inclusive, and upbeat atmosphere.
