Job summary

United Water Restoration Group of South Florida is seeking a Lead Technician to respond to leads, schedule assessments, and meet with homeowners or business owners to gauge required repairs. The role includes guiding customers through the insurance claim process and supervising extraction, drying, and cleaning per IICRC S500 standards.

Technicians are central to our field operations, embodying safety, caring for customers, and restoring properties to pre-loss condition or better.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe work environment as the top priority.
• Be pleasant, courteous and compassionate with customers at all times.
• Rapidly respond to customer needs and assess damage with clients.
• Provide clear description of remediation process and obtain signed contracts.
• Apply containment methods to protect unaffected areas and occupants.
• Monitor jobs daily and document progress with moisture readings and photos.
