Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in construction, plumbing, water mitigation, carpentry, or related field preferred.
• IICRC certification in water damage or mold remediation preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and work alongside technicians to complete job projects.
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Document drying progress using moisture meters and other equipment.
• Maintain strong attention to detail for high-quality results.
