Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in restoration or a related field.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a team.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

• Conduct thorough assessments of damage and develop restoration plans.
• Lead and train a team of technicians in remediation techniques.
