Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with industry standards IICRC.
• Conduct thorough assessments of damage and develop effective restoration plans.
• Lead and train a team of technicians in water, fire, and mold remediation techniques.
• Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and address concerns.
• Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and materials used.
• Utilize advanced restoration equipment and techniques to ensure optimal results.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed to protect team members and clients.
• Assist in inventory management and ordering of necessary supplies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in restoration or a related field.
• Valid IICRC certification in WRT (water damage restoration) and AMRT mold remediation.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in high-pressure situations and manage multiple projects.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Back ground check clearance

VODA Cleaning & Restoration will be opening for business mid March 2026, serving the South Shore of Boston, down to Newport RI. VODA Cleaning & Restoration will be focused on Restoration services for both Residential and Commercial clients who have suffered from Water, Fire & Smoke, and Storm Damage. Additional services to be offered in time will include Mold Remediation, Air Duct Cleaning, Carpet Cleaning, Tile & Grout Cleaning, Upholstery Cleaning, and Odor Removal, to name of few.
