Job summary

Voda Cleaning & Restoration is seeking an experienced Restoration Technician to perform water extraction, cleaning of structures damaged by water or mold, and removal of damaged materials on residential and commercial sites. You will document moisture readings and photos and follow safety protocols throughout each job.

Expect on‑site work with rotating on‑call evenings and weekends, opportunities for cross‑training, and a clear path for growth within a supportive remediation team.

Qualifications

• Experience in restoration, cleaning, or maintenance preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in tight spaces and various conditions.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record; willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Water extraction and initial mitigation tasks.
• Clean structures damaged by water, fire, mold with HEPA vacuuming and odor control.
• Remove and replace damaged materials such as wallboard and carpet.
• Set up, monitor, and remove restoration equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers).
• Document job progress with photos, moisture readings, and notes.
• Adhere to safety standards and PPE requirements; support mold remediation tasks.
• Participate in on‑call rotation for after‑hours emergencies.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment; communicate with customers and team.
