What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in mold remediation and/or water restoration
• Comfortable with hands-on physical work
• Eager to learn, grow, and take ownership
• High school diploma or GED required
• Bonus: IICRC certification (AMRT, WRT)
• Tech-savvy enough to use mobile devices for daily reports
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation preferred
