Job summary

Voda Cleaning & Restoration is seeking a motivated Lead Technician to perform expert carpet cleaning and water restoration, lead by example, and grow with a fast-expanding team.

You’ll receive paid training and certifications (IICRC, WRT, AMRT), a performance-based bonus, health benefits, generous PTO, and a collaborative culture. 1–3 years experience preferred; HS diploma required; valid driver's license helpful.

Compensation: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in carpet cleaning and/or water restoration.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bonus: IICRC certification (CCT, WRT).
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform expert-level carpet & floor cleaning and water restoration services.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
• Accurately complete work orders, logs, and documentation.
• Maintain and care for company equipment, tools, and vehicle.
• Stay open to cross-training in mold, fire, trauma, and odor services.
• Be a team player and lead by example.
