Highground in Naples, FL, is seeking a Lead Technician to lead a team of technicians on restoration projects, overseeing daily operations, safety, and quality to deliver exceptional service.

You will document moisture levels with meters, coordinate with the In-Home Sales Specialist for additional services, and drive to job sites. Willingness to participate in on-call rotations and a strong work ethic are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• IICRC certification is a plus (not required).
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation.
• Strong work ethic with a desire to learn and grow.
• 1–2 years of related experience in construction, plumbing, water mitigation, or carpentry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Team Management: Supervise a team of technicians to oversee projects from start to finish.
• SOP and Safety Compliance: Ensure SOPs are followed, maintaining safety and quality on job sites.
• Demolition Execution: Safe demolition using hand and power tools.
• Drying Documentation: Document drying progress with moisture meters.
• Client Communication: Report additional services needed to the In-Home Sales Specialist.
• Vehicle Operation: Drive a company vehicle to job sites.
• Compliance Task Completion: Complete daily compliance tasks in DASH.
• Attention to Detail: Maintain high accuracy and customer service.
