Job summary

The role requires 3+ years in lead technician work in restoration or construction, a valid Class C license, and comfort with safety protocols and customer communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in lead technician role in construction/restoration/mitigation.
• Valid Driver's License with good driving record (Class C).
• Must be insurable.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Able to pass Respirator Physical and respirator fit exam.
• Industry certifications preferred; ability to pass medical exams if required.
• Ability to communicate and provide excellent customer service.
• Strong English language skills (read, write, verbal).
• Comfortable using software and applications to access documents and reports.
• Ability to mentor and develop technicians.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 3+ technicians and provide supervision per defined job parameters.
• Maintain regular communications with Branch Manager, Operations Manager, Project Manager, Supervisor, and Project Coordinator about schedules, scope, materials, and resources.
• Directly perform or oversee tasks to expedite project completion and ensure high-quality work and compliance with codes/standards.
• Supervise multiple jobs per day from simple to large loss and ensure best customer experience.
• Ensure proper vehicle maintenance and restock supplies; complete crew sheets and job notes daily.
