Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in lead technician role in construction/restoration.
• Valid Driver’s License (Class C) in good standing.
• Ability to pass respirator fit and medical exams.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• English proficiency required.
• Knowledge of safety regulations (OSHA/EPA).
• Ability to mentor technicians.
• Ability to read plans and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 3+ technicians and supervise daily tasks.
• Coordinate with Branch Manager and Project Manager.
• Ensure safety guidelines and quality standards are followed.
• Maintain equipment and company vehicle.
• Complete timecards and job notes.
• Prepare and submit reports to Project Manager.
• Mentor and develop technicians.
• Assist in safety briefings.
• Assist in tracking materials and scope changes.
• Interface with other departments.
