Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year as a lead technician in construction/restoration.
• Valid Driver’s License Class C.
• Must be insurable.
• Must pass respirator fit test.
• Knowledge of safety SOPs and policies.
• Ability to mentor junior technicians.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small crew of technicians and supervise tasks.
• Maintain communications with project stakeholders.
• Order materials and manage site paperwork.
• Ensure work meets safety and quality standards.
• Keep company vehicle maintained and supplies stocked.
• Complete daily crew sheets and timecards.
