Job summary

Restoration Management Company is seeking a Lead Technician II at our Anaheim, CA location to guide a crew through mitigation and environmental projects from start to finish. The role reports to the Supervisor and coordinates with Project Manager and Branch Manager to align on schedules, scope and resources.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years in lead tech roles, strong safety knowledge, and the ability to train others while maintaining high workmanship.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in lead technician role in restoration or construction.
• Valid Driver’s License (Class C) and insurable.
• Must be able to pass respirator physical and safety trainings.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 3+ technicians, directing work and scheduling.
• Supervise multiple jobs daily from simple to large losses.
• Maintain communications with branch and project managers about scope, materials, and resources.
• Ensure safety procedures and SOPs are followed on site.
• Mentor and develop technicians through coaching and feedback.
• Complete timecards and document job notes for billing.
