Job summary

Restoration Management Company in California is seeking a Lead Technician I for Sacramento-area restoration projects. You will supervise a crew, coordinate with supervisors and managers, and ensure safety, quality, and timely execution from mitigation through restoration.

Requirements include at least 1 year in a lead technician role, a valid Driver's License, and a strong safety mindset; bilingual English/Spanish is preferred. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year as lead technician in construction or restoration/mitigation.
• Valid Class C driver's license and insurability.
• Knowledge of safety guidelines and SOPs; team accountability.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular communications with Branch Manager, Operations Manager, Project Manager, Supervisor and Project Coordinator to discuss schedules, scope changes, materials and resources.
• Expedite job completion by coordinating materials, moving client contents and performing high-quality repairs per code and standards.
• Lead a small crew, providing supervision and direction based on defined parameters.
• Maintain company vehicle and restock supplies as necessary.
• Complete and submit crew sheets and job notes daily for billing.
• Enforce safety procedures and act as role model for policy compliance.
• Mentor and coach technicians to develop skills and knowledge.
• Lead jobsite safety briefings and provide training within scope.
