Job summary

Restoration Management Company in West Sacramento is seeking a Lead Technician I to guide mitigation and environmental projects from start to finish. You will report to the Supervisor and may be co-managed by the Project Manager and Branch Manager, coordinating with other departments as needed.

You will supervise a small crew, order materials, maintain tools and vehicles, complete daily reports, and ensure safety practices and SOPs are followed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year experience in lead technician role in construction field, and/or restoration/mitigation field.
• Valid Driver’s License, Class C, insurable with good driving record.
• Must be insurable and able to pass safety requirements.
• Able to pass Respirator Physical and respiratory fit exam.
• Familiarity with SOPs and ability to enforce them with crew.
• Industry certifications preferred, with ability to pass related medical exams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain communications with Branch Manager, Operations Manager, Project Manager, Supervisor and Coordinator to align on schedules and scope.
• Order materials, manage client contents, and perform required repairs to high quality while following codes.
• Lead a small crew, providing supervision and direction.
• Maintain company vehicle and restock supplies as needed.
• Complete daily crew sheets and job notes for billing and records.
• Offer safety training and mentorship to technicians; enforce safety procedures.
