Qualifications

• Heavy restoration project knowledge REQUIRED.
• OSHA 10 or 30-hour a plus.
• Understanding of workflow procedures and systems.
• Knowledge of insurance industry a plus.
• Mitigation, remediation, structural drying, and abatement knowledge.
• Air quality testing and HVAC cleaning experience.
• Proven organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate daily with operations on project status to keep projects on track.
• Keep customers and insurance adjusters updated on project activities and adhere to company protocols.
• Ensure service quality meets the company's highest standards.
• Set budgets for projects to ensure profitability.
• Manage project from start to finish within approved scope and budget.
• Develop Site Safety Plans and ensure field teams follow them.
• Coordinate with subs/vendors, pull permits, and manage paperwork.
• Maintain client and adjuster communication to promote customer service.
