• Valid driving record and ability to meet company driving requirements.

Responsibilities

• Business Development: cultivate relationships with adjusters, property owners, and facility managers to generate restoration opportunities.
• Project Execution: prepare scopes of work, estimates, and contracts ensuring project initiation and completion.
• Collaboration: coordinate with regional teams to drive growth and align on client expectations.
• Operational Oversight: maintain service quality and adherence to company standards across projects.
• Process Management: ensure compliance with company protocols and financial reporting.
• Financial Responsibility: manage invoicing, change orders, and collections to protect project profitability.
• Problem-Solving: resolve conflicts with customers and adjusters while optimizing solutions for new work opportunities.
