Responsibilities

• Monitor food safety and sanitation compliance.
• Manage prep lists to minimize waste and ensure availability.
• Assist in receiving and storing deliveries.
• Accurately handle cash transactions and open/close registers.
• Ensure cash drawer accuracy and report discrepancies.
• Complete shift reports with sales and inventory data.
• Communicate issues to the restaurant manager.
