Job summary

PF Changs China Bistro is seeking dining room servers (full-time or part-time) to provide exceptional guest experiences. You will help guests select menu items, take and serve orders, and process payments in a fast-paced setting.

No prior experience is required as we provide training; benefits include flexible scheduling, meal discounts, and opportunities for advancement, with a strong focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment.
• Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages.
• Have a current Food Handler’s Card where applicable, or we will help you obtain.
• Previous experience is not required – we will train you!
• Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests’ expectations.
• Understands the restaurant menu to engage guests on choosing menu items and able to answer guest’s questions.
• Guides guests through their dining experience while taking, placing, and serving food and beverage orders, as well as processing payments.
• Understands restaurant seating layout, how tables are divided into server areas, and how to deliver food within the restaurant.
